Scientist
Led a team in developing a scalable transduction system aimed at enhancing viral transduction efficiency in T-cell therapy manufacturing.
Designed and implemented a next-gen continuous in-line system for low-pH viral inactivation during monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) production, ensuring optimal product quality and safety.
Awarded the Early Career Researchers (ERCs) Grant from A*STAR Research Office as the Principal Investigator to develop a novel and high-throughput microfluidic transduction device.

SINGAPORE-MIT ALLIANCE FOR RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY (SMART) – Singapore
Postdoctoral Associate
Developed a platform technology that utilizes Raman spectroscopy to quantify the critical quality attributes (CQAs) of neural stem cells and their progenitors/differentiated cell products, enabling the detection of undifferentiated cells.
Developed microfluidic cell sorting technologies designed to eliminate undifferentiated cells in a label-free, high-throughput manner, thereby enhancing the quality of cell therapy manufacturing for neural stem/progenitor cells.

PhD Candidate
Studied multidimensional patterning and manipulating of microparticles and cells using surface acoustic waves (PhD project).
Developed a reusable microfluidic device capable of precisely manipulating cells to form intricate three-dimensional patterns within scaffold-based hydrogels, advancing the field of bio-structure building and tissue engineering.
Developed a highly efficient microfluidic device for controlling the three-dimensional positioning of individual cells in fluid, enabling the development of automated cell analysis systems and integration into lab-on-chip and organ-on-chip devices.
Conceived and executed an experimental investigation proposal to secure academic research funding (funded).
